Voge Dash Privacy Policy

Voge Dash is an Android application designed to communicate with supported DVR devices over a local Wi-Fi network.

1. Information We Handle

During normal app use, Voge Dash may access or process:

Local network / Wi-Fi connection state needed to reach the DVR device
App settings stored on your device
Sync history stored locally on your device

If you choose to use the in-app Report Issue feature, the app may send:

Your optional email address
The feedback message you enter
Device manufacturer and model
App version information
An optional image attachment you choose
Optional sync history and diagnostic logs if you choose to include them

2. How Information Is Used

We use this information only for the following purposes:

Connecting the app to your supported DVR device on local Wi-Fi
Running synchronization and related setup features
Investigating bugs, crashes, and support requests that you explicitly submit

3. Data Sharing

Voge Dash does not sell your personal data. When you use the in-app feedback flow, the submitted message, optional logs, and optional attachments are transmitted to the developer support channel through Telegram infrastructure for support handling.

4. Data Storage

App settings and sync history are stored locally on your device. Feedback content and optional diagnostics are only sent when you choose to submit them.

5. Permissions

The app may request permissions or access related to:

Wi-Fi / network connectivity needed to communicate with the DVR device
Notifications for background operation, if enabled by the user
Photo selection if you choose to attach an image in the feedback screen

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app. Support submissions are retained only as needed to review and resolve the reported issue. If you want a previously submitted support message to be removed, send a new request through the in-app Report Issue screen and mention that it is a privacy or deletion request.

7. Children

Voge Dash is not directed to children.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
